Pre-order items take up to 1-3 weeks to your door after release date.

We always do our best to ensure you receive your pre-order items as quickly as possible. As soon as the stock arrives, we prepare and ship your order without delay. Our goal is to provide the best prices and the fastest delivery in New Zealand, so you can shop with confidence.

Please note:

Pre-orders must be placed before the official release date in order to secure any special pre-order benefits.

Once an order is placed, cancellations are not possible due to the nature of pre-order processing. Please make sure you are happy with your order before purchase.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your order will be shipped together once the pre-order item arrives. If you would like the in-stock items to be shipped first, please contact us. A separate shipping fee apply.
