Agust D & j-hope Solo Albums Are Coming to Hive K-Beauty & K-POP NZ
We've been listening to your requests, and we're excited to bring more BTS solo albums to Hive K-Beauty & K-POP NZ.
This time, we're bringing in selected solo releases from Agust D and j-hope, including albums that haven't previously been available at Hive.
These albums are already officially released, so this is not a new-release pre-order. Instead, they will be available as New Arrival Pre-orders while we arrange new stock for New Zealand customers.
What Is a New Arrival Pre-order?
A New Arrival Pre-order is for an album that has already been officially released but is being brought into Hive for the first time.
It is different from a regular new-release pre-order.
For a new-release pre-order, the album itself has not been officially released yet.
With a New Arrival Pre-order, the album already exists, but Hive is bringing new stock into New Zealand for customers who have been looking for it.
If you'd like to understand the difference between New Release, New Arrival and Restock pre-orders, read our K-pop Pre-order Guide.
Agust D – D-DAY
Agust D's D-DAY is his third solo album under the Agust D name and the final instalment of his Agust D trilogy following Agust D and D-2.
We're bringing in both the regular album and Weverse Albums Version.
Agust D – D-DAY Random
The regular D-DAY album will be available as a random version.
Agust D – D-DAY Weverse Albums Version
For fans who prefer a more compact digital-focused format, the Weverse Albums Version will also be available.
j-hope – Jack In The Box
j-hope's Jack In The Box is his first solo album, originally released in 2022.
For this new arrival, we're bringing in the HOPE Edition as well as the Weverse Albums Version.
j-hope – Jack In The Box HOPE Edition
The HOPE Edition offers another way to own j-hope's first solo album and is available as a random version.
j-hope – Jack In The Box Weverse Albums Version
The Weverse Albums Version is another compact option for fans and collectors.
More j-hope Solo Releases
We're also bringing in more j-hope releases for fans who want to explore his solo work.
j-hope – HOPE ON THE STREET VOL.1
HOPE ON THE STREET VOL.1 is connected to j-hope's dance-focused project and features music from his solo work.
The Random Version will be available as a New Arrival Pre-order.
j-hope – HOPE ON THE STREET VOL.1 Weverse Albums Version
The Weverse Albums Version will also be available for fans looking for a smaller-format option.
Why Are These Albums Pre-orders If They Have Already Been Released?
This is one of the most common questions when ordering a New Arrival Pre-order.
The word pre-order does not always mean that the album itself is new.
In this case, the albums have already been officially released. The pre-order simply allows us to collect orders before the new stock arrives in New Zealand.
This helps us bring in albums that may not always be readily available locally while giving customers the opportunity to secure a copy before the shipment arrives.
Once the stock arrives, orders will be prepared and shipped from New Zealand.
New Arrival Pre-order vs New Release Pre-order
It's useful to understand the difference:
New Release Pre-order
An upcoming album that has not yet been officially released.
New Arrival Pre-order
An already-released album that is being newly brought into Hive's NZ stock.
Restock Pre-order
An album that Hive has previously sold but is currently out of stock and is being ordered again.

Bringing More BTS Solo Albums to NZ
We know that many BTS fans collect both group releases and individual members' solo projects.
Our goal with these New Arrival Pre-orders is to make it easier for NZ fans to find more official K-pop releases locally, without needing to rely on international shipping for every album.
More albums may be added to our K-pop range over time depending on availability from our suppliers.
If there's a particular BTS solo album you've been looking for, keep an eye on our K-pop range and upcoming new arrivals.
