Our goal is simple: give you the chance to secure a product before it arrives in NZ, so you don't miss out if it sells out quickly.
Three Types of K-POP Pre-Order

Our regular New Release Pre-Order is for new K-pop albums and products before their official release.
You can order in advance, and we will ship your order once the product arrives in New Zealand.

New Release Pre-Order
- New Arrivals | K-POP Pre-Order
This page is for previously released K-pop albums and products that are new to our store.
These are not new releases. They are older or already-released products that we are bringing into our NZ store for the first time.
Instead of waiting for them to arrive and then listing them as In Stock, you can secure your order in advance.

This page is for K-pop products that we have sold before and are bringing back into stock.
If a popular album or official product is sold out, you can place a Pre-Order while the restock is on the way.
This means you don't have to wait for the product to arrive and risk missing out again.

What Happens When Your Pre-Order Arrives?
For our New Arrivals Pre-Order and Restock Pre-Order, products are moved to the relevant K-POP In Stock page once they arrive in New Zealand.
You do not need to place another order.
Your existing Pre-Order will be processed and shipped once the stock is available.

Products we have sold before that are being brought back into stock.
