K-pop Pre-order Merch

Please read before purchasing:

  • Delivery: 1–3 weeks after the official release date. Delays may occur during holiday periods.
  • No cancellations after a pre-order is placed.
  • Pre-orders must be placed before the release date to secure pre-order benefits.
  •  We ship your order as soon as stock arrives.
  •  Orders containing multiple pre-orders with different release dates will ship together when the last item arrives.
  • If the item becomes unavailable from our supplier, a full refund will be provided.
  • For multiple album orders, different versions will be provided where available (no duplicates).

Important

  • Posters are folded by default. A poster tube is available for $11 + additional shipping. Please contact us if required.
  • Minor dents or scratches to the outer album box/packaging are not considered defects or refundable, as the outer packaging is for protection during shipping.
  • Refunds for K-Pop products require an unboxing video. Please record a video while opening your parcel if you believe there is an issue with your order.
