‘ORANGE BLOOD’ narrates the sequel to ‘DARK BLOOD’, where a boy, punished for his arrogance by forgetting ‘you’, becomes aware of ‘your’ existence and is even prepared to sacrifice himself.

Reunited with ‘you’, the boy feels the excitement and palpitations as if everything is new, yet realizes that nothing in the world is eternal, losing the power he thought would last forever. Despite this, like the saying ‘Carpe diem’, the boy decides to love ‘you’ with all his might, without regrets, at this very moment. ‘ORANGE BLOOD’ aims to depict this resolve of the boy in the warmest color, orange.

ENHYPEN expresses the earnest desire to connect with their fandom, ENGENE, through the story of the boy. They felt grateful and cherished towards ENGENE after facing them post-pandemic, but soon encountered the darkness of self-doubt and inadequacy regarding ‘the right to be loved’. With ‘ORANGE BLOOD’, they aim to overcome the darkness and obstacles hindering the connection between ENHYPEN and ENGENE.

‘ORANGE BLOOD’ also incorporates elements from the HYBE original story ‘DARK MOON: The Altar of the Moon’ collaborated with ENHYPEN. Mixing their own emotions, the album's underlying narrative, and elements from ‘DARK MOON: The Altar of the Moon’, ENHYPEN has created a new story and solidified their brand with determination. Their efforts are presenting a new direction in entertainment as a ‘K-pop roadmap’.
