K-pop Pre-order Information (Important: Please read before you buy)

- Delivery: 1–3 weeks after release date (Can be delayed in Holiday Season)

- Pre-orders are subject to manufacturer or supplier availability. If unavailable, a full refund will be provided.

- We ship as soon as stock arrives

- Pre-orders must be placed before release date to secure benefits

- No cancellations once order is placed

- Orders with pre-order + in-stock items ship together when the pre-order arrives

-The outer box is for protection only; minor scratches or dents are not refundable.

(We do our best, but it depends on the NZ Post delivery person)

- Posters are folded unless a tube is purchased. Tube price is $11 and a seperate shipping fee applies. Please contact us. Fold marks are not considered defects.
